A full-time, permanent, Nurse Practitioner - NP or Physician Assistant - PA-C is needed to join a stable Rehabilitation clinic in Central Vermont. As Vermont's second largest city Rutland offers rich natural beauty, a healthy economy, and a wonderful history.
Work Monday through Friday full-time, approximately 36 to 40 hours per week!
NO CALL/NO WEEKENDS
Join two experienced Physicians and staff seeing patients primarily in the outpatient clinic, with minimal hospital rounding
Responsibilities include new patient assessments, pain management, and patient follow-ups
Clinic offers injections, manipulations, acupuncture, and limited narcotic prescriptions
This group is also implementing a Spine Clinic, and the qualified Provider will have the option to rotate hour in the Spine Clinic if desired!
Requirements:
Masters Degree
A true passion for best patient outcomes! Willingness to be trained!
Previous pain management experience is a real bonus!
Compensation:
80 to 105k +++ DEO
10 K relocation assistance!
Negotiable sign on bonus!

Work full-time or part-time as a provider in the Fast Track, which is located adjacent to the Emergency Department
Flexible scheduling options with 8, 10, or 12 hour shifts, no overnight! NO CALL!
Join the second largest hospital in the state of Vermont, with an experienced team, where there is always a Physician on-site for consults!
Responsibilities Include:
See an average of Average 20-30 patients per day during a 12 hour shift
Ability to see patients of all ages for their Urgent Care and Primary Care needs, and the knowledge to refer to the ER when needed
Minimum 2-3 years experience in EM/Urgent Care required; PLEASE NO NEW GRADUATES
